Beautiful old Florida beachfront community. Tennis courts shuffleboard courts basketball court and grilling area were beautiful. I can't mention the grilling area enough, everything you needed was right there and they would even clean the utensils for you in the grills. The only drawback is the The unit was a little bit dated in terms of the bathrooms and kitchen areas, but otherwise very clean spacious and nice. I would definitely go again.

Our stay was perfect at Casa Del Mar! We loved being right on the beach, but also close enough to fun shopping and restaurants. The resort was relaxed and had everything we needed for our babymoon/anniversary get away! The kitchen comes with all pots, pans and eating items. Just a warning there is zero food provided, not even salt & pepper, so you’ll either need to buy that or bring it with you. The local Publix grocery store is just a couple miles away and so beautiful inside! The condo also had a washer & dryer, with a detergent pod provided, so we got to do all our laundry before we even came home! This was such a nice touch. This was the best place to come for a relaxing, no stress get away. We can’t wait to come back in the future with our little one! Thank you all so much for this amazing stay!!

We really enjoyed our 5 days and 4 nights at Casa Del Mar. The property is well maintained and this particular unit was beautiful. Mattresses could have been a little better but we still all slept well after a full day of beaching and dining.

First time staying here. We had a great experience! Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Excellent grilling area with 6 Weber grills and two black stone flat tops the size of a hibatchi table. The property is beautiful and well maintained. I will definitely come back yearly.

We stayed in unit D14. Perfect place to stay right on the ocean! Resort and staff were wonderful. Surrounding area was beautiful. The only downside was the master bed was difficult to sleep on and the cooking utensils were lacking. The bed would collapse in when my husband and I would get in and we are not big people. So, this really made for an uncomfortable nights sleep for the week. Replace the mattress and cooking utensils and the unit will be perfect. My husband and I definitely plan to come back and would recommend this resort hands down. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Property is beautiful. You have your own apartment. Access to pool and beach is within feet of your back door. We stayed a total of 10 days. A few days into our stay with 2 children under 3 we noticed some roaches, we were grossed out, killed them and bc it is Florida we went to the front desk and asked to have someone clean our room and noticed there was a hole near the door as an entry point bc we saw 2 more come out we request to have it closed up. 2 days later our room was still not cleaned but a maintenance guy came to “fix” the hole. Later that evening we noticed 2 more roaches this time they were in the sofa, in the pull out bed and I was like no way. We tried calling the # for someone and the front desk closes early the overnight security man was kind enough to switch our room for the night until we could speak the the front desk the next morning. We relayed our concerns that the couch was infested and they let us stay in the new room but what a hassle to move everything. They offered us a free umbrella for the beach as an inconvenience. Which to me was kinda lousy customer service all around. And also an FYI there are bugs on the beach that are at sunset and sunrise called “noseeum’s” be careful they bite you can not see them they feel like a quick sting and they are worse than mosquito bites! Bring bug spray!
