"I travel a lot. I usually stay at higher end hotels.
I thought I’d take a chance on Comfort Inn by Wyndham. Boy, was I disappointed!!!
I called ahead to ask for extra pillows and towels.
I am disabled and need these items to bath and be comfortable. When I arrived, I was put off by the property outside It was dirty, trashy, unkept. I went to the reception desk checked in and asked if the towels and pillows had been delivered to my room. NO! The guy said well you already have 4 pillows, ok I know that and I needed two more! Then I asked about towels and he said there is plenty. Then he hands me my room card, I stand there for a bit longer because I had no idea were my room was. So he pops back out of the office and said it’s to the left. Not an obvious answer. Then I asked is it by an outside door that I can park near? He replied “A” ok I assumed it was on the left side of the building and I walked out to my Jeep and trailer I’m pulling and drive around looking forte door. I parked get all my gear out and walk to the door just to find out it wasn’t working!!!! So I had to walk all the way back around with my stuff and go through the lobby. Remind you, I am disabled physically and this was a big deal!
I get to my room to find no extra pillows, only 1 set of towels in a double occupancy room. WHAT!!!!!
I am so exhausted from my travels and all the walking around buildings that I just surrendered. I wanted to get some ice NO ICE BUCKET!! No coffee maker either. Never again"
"Check in was expedient and thorough. The room on the 3rd floor was clean, quiet, and roomy. There are shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the showers. The staff were very helpful with directing us to a great place for dinner. The buffet breakfast provided a decent variety of items to eat. The only complaint that I have is, for those who can't drink caffeinated coffee, there wasn't any brewed decaf coffee available at breakfast. The hotel is well-maintained, has a very functional elevator, and the beds are comfortable with a good variety of pillow types. Good value for the price."
"Good breakfast, keeps the food out all the way until the time stated which is very nice. Great pool and large hot tub with a view of the sunset at night! "
"Great visit! Annie was very friendly & gave us excellent recommendations for the town. Amazing home cooked breakfast in the morning also- we would definitely return :)"
