Beautiful and welcoming B & B

Wonderful stay at Circular Manor! Everything about this Inn was exceptional, from the on site parking and welcoming wrap around porch, to the beautifully decorated rooms and delicious breakfast! I highly recommend for a lovely and relaxing stay, anytime!

The property is located few blocks away from Broadway. It is highly convenient for shopping, dining and walking to Congress Park and other interesting places. Deter and Michelle are perfect hosts. Deter prepared fresh, healthy and delicious breakfasts every morning. Michelle helped us with ideas to see and explore this lovely town of Saratoga Springs.

This is the BEST bed and breakfast we’ve stayed at! Everyone we met was so sweet and helpful. Even though we only made it to breakfast one day, it was SO GOOD! I was worried about the room being hot in this heatwave but the fan was so cold, we’re thinking about getting one like it for our apartment. No issues with the room or stay at all. I loved sitting on the porch to watch fireworks, and the bed was incredibly comfy. Lovely neighborhood, short walk to the shops downtown. Highly recommend!!

B&B as it should be!! Dieter and Michele are engaging, hospitable, and the accommodations are charming, comfortable and impeccably clean. “Breakfast by Dieter” is gourmet level. The porch is breezy, has an excellent view of the character of Saratoga Springs.

The location is great, just a few minutes walk to all the downtown dining and shopping options, yet in a more quiet setting. The property itself is grand; an excellent restoration with attention to detail and quality materials. The photo shown on their profile only gives a peek at what awaits the visitor. Then there's the breakfast! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Saratoga, in no small part because of Circular Manor. Highly recommended.

Superb Experience!

Staying at Circular Manor was the highlight of our Saratoga Springs trip! Michele, Dieter, and Emma (their pup) are genuinely wonderful people and it was so refreshing! As a Victorian home owner, I know what it takes to love and care for these types of homes and you can tell they put their heart/soul into it. It was quiet at night, they offered parking which was a HUGE perk/relief, and the breakfast was better than what you can get at a restaurant! I'm not easily impressed now a days but they truly blew us away!! Definitely our best vacation stay to date! We can't wait to come back in the near future! Thank you for your spectacular hospitality!!

Friendly hosts and great food in a beautiful local

During our recent getaway to Saratoga, my husband and I had the pleasure of staying at Circular Manor Bed and Breakfast, and we couldn't have been happier with our choice! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the hosts, who made us feel like friends. Their genuine kindness and attention to detail set the tone for a delightful stay. After a brief tour, we were escorted to our suite. The 1903 accommodations were impeccably maintained and tastefully decorated. Each morning, we were treated to a mouthwatering breakfast and we enjoyed every bite! Circular Manor Bed and Breakfast boasts off-street parking, which was incredibly convenient. We loved the fact that the property was adjacent to Saratoga's Congress Park, providing us with beautiful green spaces to enjoy a few much needed walks. Additionally, the proximity to a convenience store and the wrap-around porch made our stay even more enjoyable.
