J'ai réservé dans un hôtel Ibis or ce n'est pas un hôtel Ibis. Sale vétuste très difficile d'accès. Parking : un vrai coupe-gorge, pas sécurisé, sale. Aucune signalétique.

Malheureusement l' hotel nest pas propre le service laisse a désirer la nuit. L' odeur de la cigarette embaume l'air ambiant. C'était juste odieux! La pire nuit dans la pire des conditions. Surtout n'y aller pas!!!

l hôtel est situer dans un endroit pas terrible . le parking n est pas facile d accès. j ai eu le droit à une chambre ouverte vers l extérieur (fenêtre cassé?) même si le froid se ressentir pas les bruit , les cris et autre était présent... mais sinon la literie était propre et la salle de bain aussi . le matériel et globalement très vieillot. pas de détecteur de fumée ... e ne conseillera pas cette hôtel sauf pour urgence pour un ibis que j apprécie généralement ..

Manque de 2 petits essuis dans la salle de douche pour le visage et les mains pas de dentifrice échantillon ,air co, et très désagréable le drap plastifier qui vous fait transpirer comme un bœuf toute la nuit et manque aussi un 2 oreiller sinon cela était correcte

Not worth it bad area bad location not as describe

I booked Ibis hotel in Sarcelle for my stay on 30.08.19 to attend a wedding. When I went there with my family I could not find any parking to park. I had loads of luggage and with family you cant trust the area to drop them on there own, you feel so scared in that area. You cant stop in front of the hotel because its a main road and there are tram rail. When I finally found a parking in the residentential state I went to the hotel worryring about my luggage in the car. Upon reaching the hotel you feel scared. I asked for the parking as they advertise for free parking but little you would know that you are about to park you car in like a dilapidated parking like war zone danger zone. The guy told me where is the parking and I was a bit shock when he said no elevator as I had to unload so many luggage 2-3 time I have to come and go how I will manage. I went to the parking to see how I will manage to bring my luggage and if my car will be safe frankly I felt very scared. It was very very hot that day and when I ask if there is any aircond in the room the receptionist said no. I started to think about the wedding we will come to the hotel late how I will park the car on my own or with my family putting us at risk. How we will walk to the hotel on our own in the night. For an iIbis which is Red Ibis is a shame. Loud noise in the corridor, dodgy people outside ,old hotel etc. I ask if I can cancelled the say he said unfortunately no refund. I said thank you I cant stay Im leaving.
