"I loved my stay at this hotel - the room was very comfortable with great facilities and a mini fridge (handy). I especially appreciate the customer service skills and patience of the hotel and restaurant staff, Yasmin, Hazal and Abdullah were extremely helpful! Abdullah went above and beyond to sit down and chat to me about life in Turkey. I’d love to stay here again!"

"The hotel was good. Everything we needed was there: kettle, tea, hot water, blow dryer and the room a very comfortable temperature. Breakfast was fresh and good. "Our visit can only be described as comical. We booked a room with a kitchen, never saw one. Apparently our booking had been taken when they were full. There were language barriers which contributed to our issues ok but we ended up in a room that was not fit for purpose. Internet was spasmodic, the shower was broken, we only managed one hot shower each across 3 days. The bathroom door was broken meaning it could not be closed.
