Worst bathroom / Best breakfast

10 day visit around Norway staying in different places. Worst bathroom on trip. Shower was not built in, with only a shower curtain, which did not prevent water flooding the bathroom. Best breakfast on trip. The buffet was excellent, with a good variety of hot and cold food. Good, central location and relaxed atmosphere

This is an exceptional hotel - great value, perfectly located but what makes this a most special place is the staff, they are so friendly and welcoming. A genuine home-from-home experience, highly recommended 👍

You have to pay for breakfast. And you have to for the parking, they did not info us parking at hotel is not free. 10 minutes walking away there is parking cost 32kr for 24 h, as hotel charge for 150kr. If you are staying long, recommend the kommune parking.

Fullständigt besviken på skandinavisk hotell

Väldigt slitet rum. Ingen kyl, ingen AC. Madrasser flyger från sängen varje gång man vrider sig. Rummet är grått, får betong känsla. Toa hade varken lås eller krukor för hänga kläder.

Rigtig flot og stort værelse. Ærgerligt, at der ikke var rullet for vinduerne, så værelset var 32grader varmt, da Vi ankom kl 17 og det var ikke muligt, at køle værelset ned. Udover dette var morgenmaden lækker og god service

Fikk bestilt enkelt og greit på nett, resepsjonen fant ikke ut av betalingen. Det var fint å ta opp vinduer men det var altfor varmt. God frokost men dårlig med plass når vi kom ned. Dårlig med parkering ved hotellet.

Alt for lite verdi for pengene

Vi fikk et rom i tredje etasje hvor vinduet åpnet rett ut på et tak med diverse ventilasjonsanlegg som bråket hele natten. Det var veldig varmt denne dagen og rommet har ingen klimasystem og ingen vifte så vinduet måtte være åpent for å ikke svette ihjel. Dusjhodet var ekkelt med fult av kalkbelegg på seg og rommet i seg selv er så lite at det er vanskelig å komme seg til andre siden av sengen om man er to. Hadde aldri forventet så dårlig standard fra et scandic hotell og kommer ikke tilbake. De har heller ikke parkering tilgjengelig så det koster en del det også, og hotellet var ikke spesielt behjelpelig med å finne en løsning annet enn å parkere kommunalt - men så må bilen flyttes 0800 på morningen da det er maks 29 minutter parkering etter dette. Skal man til Sarpsborg og vil ha noe komfort og avslapning er ikke dette hotellet for deg.

Dålig renhållning

Renhållningen är under all kritik, ventilationen i badrummet hade nog 5 cm damm runt om och handfat var inte rengjort ordentligt. Min kollega hade hår från tidigare gäster inne på toaletten. Frukosten var okej och lobbyn har de renoverat och gjort fint.
