Room was on the 12th floor and had very minimal amenities. The window air conditioner worked well and the bed was comfortable. Make sure you bring a sound machine to drown out the slamming of doors as people arrive and exit at all hours of night. Sound proofing between rooms was good, but you can hear everything that happens in the hallway.
