We stayed in a suite, which had a pull out bed. No extra linens were provided. The pillows on the bed were so tiny, like a square couch cushion. The place was dated, with dings, and dirt in corners. The bed sheets were put on inside out. It wasn’t worth the $170 we paid. Overall if I could get a cheap room, for an over nighter this would do.

Hair in bathtub, black dirt in rails of window, lamps were dirty, taps and sink were grimy, room was not prepared for us as it was very hot and air conditioning was not on.. However , the staff was excellent helpful , kind and courteous, the beds were excellent and the morning breakfast was good as well..

We were in town for surgery for our service dog. No issues with having a service animal or extra charges like other hotels in Saskatoon do. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

The staff was friendly and helpful which is always a plus. Even when our room temperature was subpar, the staff did what she could to accommodate & improve things. In the end we had a pleasant stay. Some eggs or sausage for the breakfast would be nice but what they did provide was good.
