I thought the staff were really polite and kind. The only issue I had was someone loud out in the hallway in the middle of the night. It lasted about 10-15 minutes and then I either fell asleep or it stopped. They might do better to just monitor the corridors throughout the night, but I otherwise was happy with everything.

Area around hotel and individuals around and staying at hotel was all sketchy. Drugs being done on a floor, people sleeping in chairs in lobby. What was worst is that I am a gold member and when I reached out to Expedia. There operator told me to suck it up and just stay in my room. I told him I had kids with me and he told me too bad. Thank you Expedia!

Ok it’s right next to a biker/country bar and it’s extremely loud at night. Next was check in- I while mid check in a group of girls got in a huge fight and were yelling, screaming, and cursing extremely agressive profanities, and were punching each other and the police were called. There was yelling in the halls at night from the drunk people. If I could have stayed elsewhere I would have. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were mediocre. Again, I stayed simply out of necessity and not out of happiness. With the many events going on places to stay were limited without spending an absurd amount on a place. The bathrooms are outdated and have mildew on the floors, and tiles. The grout is starting to stain. Being woken up to doors being slammed at 3 am is not enjoyable, and the club/bar scene closing drama on the street made it all around uncomfortable.
