"We were told the pool had been drained so we couldn’t use it. But later that night saw people leaving the pool. Toilet wouldn’t flush. Reported to the front desk and they had someone come fix it right away. Had breakfast downstairs and the food was amazing. Staff is friendly and helpful. "
