"Beautiful lake view, complementary high tea was a nice touch. Lots of parking. Front desk, staff friendly. Room was dingy needs an update. Carpets in the hotel need to be replaced old and badly stained. The pools were nice ranging from warm to very hot. Definitely a temperature for everybody. Personally, I feel the hotel is overpriced for what you get, but there’s nothing else in the area that offers a spa experience."

"My first stay in this hotel - I picked it for location and the overall price. I would say that it was a great pick for us. It is located in the centre of the city and had ample parking in front and in the back. The hotel has definitely been redone and you can tell from the quality of the rooms. Right when we entered the lobby, we were greeted by the friendly staff - and a surprising thing was that they had fresh buttered popcorn ready in the 'theater-style' machine! We got checked-in and got our keys and were in our room in less than five minutes. The room had two Queen-beds, large TV, and a fridge along with ample desk space. The beds were slightly on the firm side (from what we are accustomed to) and had four huge pillows which were very plush and comfortable. It got very cold at night (late-October) so having a heater in the room that worked very well was a bonus! The bathroom and shower were also very well redesigned with a rain-head shower and a shower wand as well. All in all, the quietness of the hotel, its central location, price and friendly staff make me rate this a 9 out of 10. I would have liked to have a microwave over to heat some food, but the Admin staff did help by heating up what I needed. I'd definitely recommend this place!"

"Luke was the person at the desk who checked my pups and I in. He was kind, polite, professional and accommodating. The older gentleman on the property was very kind. I will stay here again when I come through Hope. "

"Cheap easy getaway"

"Great location just outside of town. Super comfortable and would totally stay here again over other places in Harrison Hot Springs I would recommend they cut down the new growth tree that is right between unit 3 and the geodome unit. It blocks the lake views. "
