"Big rooms,clean,staff was friendly, shuttle to cruise port,came with breakfast"

"This property is a great place to stay before boarding on a cruise at the Port of Civitavecchia. It is only about 7 minutes walk from Civitavecchia train station and 5 minutes walk when taking the free shuttle bus to the cruise terminal. There are plenty of restaurants around the area. Our room was clean, spacious, and there are cold drinks in the fridge and coffee/tea available as well. They have pastries for breakfast. The bathroom is nice too but there is no hair conditioner. Overall, we enjoyed our overnight stay in this property."

"The staff was amazing. Natalie at the front desk was great at answering my messages prior to arrival and helping set up transportation to the cruise port. The hotel manager was amazing with helping with translation and helping to deescalate a scam event while in Italy. Overall the stay was great. "

"The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond. They set up private cars to pick up our group from the airport to come to the hotel. They also setup a car to take us to the port for our cruise. The restaurant was amazing, so be sure to make reservations with them theough the hotels.com messaging app. They monitor the messages continually. Would definitely make sure to come back! "
