"This resort was a pleasant surprise. The staff was exceptional, courteous, helpful, knowledgeable. The room was amazing, food was great. There was a surprising menu of complimentary services of which we enjoyed the afternoon tea. They shuttle you to town center where you can walk the town or even to the monkey forest. If I return to Ubud, this is where I will stay!!"

"The room was kept very clean and tidy, the staff incredibly helpful and kind. The lodge was such special place to be and being able to interact with the elephants was a "Bucket List" experience. "5 stars! Beautiful hotel with first class service. They had a kids center for kids and an onsite petting area with various animals. Their breakfast and dinner buffets were also amazing and the room views are spectacular! "

"Loved, loved, loved. The staff is phenomenal. Everything is spotless. The grounds are small, but picturesque. They have a great restaurant attached to the hotel and across at another property. A money changer’s is next door, so is a nail salon, and a Circle K is a few steps down the street. The free shuttle into town is great, but Grabs are also incredibly cheap. "

"The entire experience was nothing short of magical! Perfect food drinks and service, beautiful views of rice terraces and jungle setting. The rooms with private plunge pools were so relaxing! If you need a driver request Gusty! He was fantastic and spoke great English! Highly recommend!!"
