"The staff were nice! But we had to pay 20 euros for sheets and towels as they were not included with the room. This was not stated until after the booking was made. Also the beds were basically just sofas, not very comfortable. Cheap just for a night to sleep but I would not stay there for more than a night."

"Excellent hotel perfectly located in Saumur. Lovely rooms facing either the chateau or the river - recommend facing the river - that are all well appointed with great AC. There is a nice outdoor pool to cool down, and the bar and courtyard area make for a great place to have a drink. Breakfast is very good and finally the service is excellent throughout!"
