Aufgrund der guten Bewertungen haben wir uns für das Chitwan Safari camp&lodge entschieden. Leider waren wir bei unserer Ankunft sehr enttäuscht. Die Zimmerwände waren nicht verputzt, es gab keinen Strom im Badezimmer, kein warmes Wasser und die Klospülung lief die ganze Nacht. Ein Zimmerwechsel war nicht möglich, da angeblich ausgebucht, ob wohl ein Großteil der Zimmer leer stand. Am nächsten Morgen bot man uns nach mehrmaligem nachfragen und drei Stunden warten schließlich ein verschimmeltes Zimmer an, bei dem sich die Dusche nicht abstellen ließ und das gesamte Zimmer flutete. Der Manager war an der Behebung nicht interessiert, dafür aber am Verkauf seiner überteuerten Safaris. Wir haben schießlich das Hotel gewechselt und für weniger Geld ein traumhaftes Hotel gefunden.
