The staff was very nice and accommodating. The hotel is directly off of I-95, which is very convenient. However, a lot of the appliances in the hotel room are stainless steel and all of them had some form of rust on them, which is unsafe and not clean at all.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable shower. It was nice hotel. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good. Only one problem: the refrigerator was so loud I could not sleep! As it was 1 o’clock in the morning I didn’t want hotel staff to come and try and fix it. There was no place to turn it off so I unplugged it and told them the next day they think for the information.

The room was clean and seemed to be updated. The entrance, lobby, basically the whole bottom floor needs updating. It was a little scary going in, because the old carpet in these areas had an unpleasant odor. Thankfully, the hotel room did not have carpet. The bed was very comfortable. Staff was excellent let’s start with that. Room AC did not work so were given another room after worker confirmed it was broken all within mins. Which was great because I had been driving all day and needed to relax and get some sleep. It is a 2 star stay but the staff brought it up to a 3 Star.

I appreciated the warm and friendly staff. They suggested some wonderful places to dine in town and also places to see. The young lady at the front desk suggested their breakfast and I must say, ooh it was so delicious (definitely I've had my share of bad food elsewhere). A plus is that the hotel is conveniently located near the Tanger Outlets (1 exit up I95 ) for those who like to shop :). Overall, our stay was excellent and we definitely stay here again.
