The hotel was lovely and clean - but our room was EXTREMELY loud. Our room was located directly over Bay Street, with very loud trucks coming through ALL night and exuberant partiers loudly “celebrating.” We were woken SO MANY times by loud vehicles. The inordinately loud AC in our room almost helped drown out some of the noise but it was an issue in and of itself given how loud it was. Great location to stay as long as you make sure you’re not on the Bay Street side of the hotel.

It was in the perfect area for checking out historical riverside. Walkable to alot of things going on. The hotel was beautiful & clean. The staff were awesome

The room was terribly noisy. The ac unit came on and off all night, we could hear the ice machine from our room. No actual glasses. Very bare bones. They charge $45 plus tip for "valet parking" and a fee for our cat of $75. So almost 400 for a mediocre room. Touristy area, like South Street Seaport, if that is your jam...

The check in was easy, valet parking was great. The location was Convenient for shopping and restaurants. The rooms were clean and updated and the pool was an extra bonus. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful.
