Black mold infestation. Poor management. I left a very thorough review on yelp, trust. We requested a first floor room and was give 2nd floor… I requested a first floor and the room they sent us to at first had the knob and lock falling off wouldn’t read my card. The room we stayed in for the past week was infested with mold, looked nothing like the pictures, the remote for the tv didn’t have batteries, there was dirt all over the hard wood floor, the tv kept glitching and changing languages, having voice over for visual impaired. When I tell you I’ve traveled across this country twice and I’ve seen it all. This is the absolute worst place I’ve stayed at. When I contacted Expedia customer service about these issues the motel only offered a room switch. We have a 1 year old that is so difficult to do especially with my two ESA pups. The manger walked up to my husband and confronted him about our complaint and said that we never mentioned any issues to them, which I in fact did, to the receptionist. The only employees that were awesome were the receptionists. At check out, the manger came a pounded at the door and even looked through the window, I was breastfeeding, I felt so violated. NOT TO MENTION THERE WAS A WHOLE SWAT TEAM THAT ARRESTED 4 GUYS THAT WERE A FEW ROOMS AWAY FROM US. When I tell you this is the worst place to stay at and was not worth any of my money, I sincerely mean it. Do not spend your money here. At all. The cherry on top was the room service MIA?!
