This was absolutely the worst property I have ever stayed at. The rooms were dirty, it looked to be prost**** happening, dr*gs being done, sketchy people around your cars. This IS NOT a safe environment! Stay away at ALL COST!

Don’t believe the pictures! They need to tear that building down. Beds had stains, walls covered in I don’t even know! Stains. Just grimy and dirty. Had half of a toilet paper roll. Key card stopped working, door barely shut, lock was broke. Left over food in the fridge.

First off, I do not like to make complaints and give the benefit of the doubt on majority of situations. This though, is ridiculous. We were 30 mins to an hour out of Savannah at 9:30/10 @ night, we were getting tired and looked for a place to stop. This came up as an option, we only needed a place to sleep before hitting the road again didn't need anything fancy. Once we got to the location though my husband did not feel safe for our family to stay here, for multiple factors. I went in to ask about a refund and was told sure but you booked on Expedia so you have to go through them to get your money back. I tried on the phone to get a hold of someone @ Expedia that late at night with no luck, so we proceeded to another hotel for the night. Once up and on the road the next day I tried again, Expedia stated they would help and request the refund from the location. Unfortunately I just got the e-mail that this location will not refund my money. This is a joke, I made the reservation with in an hour of getting onsite not thinking it would be an issue, got there stated my concern, didn't even use their facility, I guess they don't care about people and their right to feel safe just want their money. ZERO STARS!!

For the price - it’s definitely not worth it. The first night we stayed there we woke up to the US Marshall’s kicking down the door above us. But we had paid on Expedia for a couple nights so we stayed unfortunately. The night staff never checked me in - handed me a key and let Me go to my room at 1am after me and my boyfriend had worked a 16 hour shift. The next morning I was told to go to the office (because our ceiling was leaking ) so I thought we were being put in another room. No I was locked out of the room with nothing, because of their employees mistake I was outside in my car for 5 hours waiting for my boyfriend to get home … the worst place I have ever stayed

The stay overall was straight until housekeeping and some lady come knocking on my room door at 10:20 talking bout it time to checkout secondly the room had died roaches and lil ants in the room all on the dresser and all very nasty , y’all worry bout people checking out worry bout them nasty ass rooms y’all half clean every damn day .

Black mold infestation. Poor management. I left a very thorough review on yelp, trust. We requested a first floor room and was give 2nd floor… I requested a first floor and the room they sent us to at first had the knob and lock falling off wouldn’t read my card. The room we stayed in for the past week was infested with mold, looked nothing like the pictures, the remote for the tv didn’t have batteries, there was dirt all over the hard wood floor, the tv kept glitching and changing languages, having voice over for visual impaired. When I tell you I’ve traveled across this country twice and I’ve seen it all. This is the absolute worst place I’ve stayed at. When I contacted Expedia customer service about these issues the motel only offered a room switch. We have a 1 year old that is so difficult to do especially with my two ESA pups. The manger walked up to my husband and confronted him about our complaint and said that we never mentioned any issues to them, which I in fact did, to the receptionist. The only employees that were awesome were the receptionists. At check out, the manger came a pounded at the door and even looked through the window, I was breastfeeding, I felt so violated. NOT TO MENTION THERE WAS A WHOLE SWAT TEAM THAT ARRESTED 4 GUYS THAT WERE A FEW ROOMS AWAY FROM US. When I tell you this is the worst place to stay at and was not worth any of my money, I sincerely mean it. Do not spend your money here. At all. The cherry on top was the room service MIA?!

Typical bait and switch with photos! Do NOT bring CHILDREN here! The rooms have been heavier used and dirty hand towels left behind everywhere. We slept in our clothes, and avoided the bathroom shower. Ive been to 38 countries and budget traveled, you couldnt pay me to stay there again.

Two dirt rings around the inside ofvthe bath tub, mold on the caulking on tub. Floors durty, electrical outlet hanging iut of wall with wiring exposed. Door knob on main room door coming loose from inside (the mounting plate). I unfolded a towel from the bathroom and it had someone's hair in it. I could go on. I also have pictures to prove it. One inch gap at bottom of entrance door.

We pulled up to our room in the early evening and there were several people loitering in front of the rooms. Seemed super shady. The floor in our room was disgusting. The bottom of my feet were black. Two queen beds with only two pillows in total. Bathroom sink mirror hadn’t been cleaned in quite sometime. Found a dirty washcloth hanging over the shower rod. The white walls were very dirty. Couldn’t tell if it was grime or mildew. Asked for a couple of fresh towels and two more pillows. Never got them. The whole experience was very unpleasant.

The brochure failed to mention the mold-stained bathroom and the complimentary roach crawling across your pillow in the morning. The police cars in the parking lot during check out were an added bonus. The area was nice, though, and there was good shopping and dining very conveniently nearby. It is a Motel 6, so I guess you get what you pay for.
