The room was filthy with a the tub needing cleaning, the floor being swept, the sheets changed. How do I know the sheets werent changed? There was a pubic hair in mine and the other bed had spots on the sheets and smelt. It was supposed to be smoke-free, but you could smell stale cigarette smoke. It was AWFUL. i complained, but was pretty much told it was a old hotel and things couldnt be helped.

Well, it was an inexpensive, clean room with a nice bed. I would recommend you bring your own towels, iron, coffeemaker and breakfast food you can microwave. Not bad and close to my Mom, so win win. ,

Don't agree with all negative reviews until you see other motels in area ..yes people everywhere there ..it's a crowded city!! Some odd things may be missing in rooms..they stay busy..have some reasoning here people..overall I say I'd stay there over some of the top class hotels I seem while there!! Promise that!! Probably the worst Red Roof Inn I've stayed at before. Staff was friendly enough and is close to a lot of food but did not feel entirely safe in room as a single female traveler.

It was convenient, defiantly close by a good selection of restaurants. The room was a bit small for me and my girls, but we managed. It was clean, saw no bugs. The service at checkin was nice and friendly. He was polite and gave me extra towels and a couple garbage bags when i asked. The hotel was about 40 minutes from Tybee Island beach, which wasnt bad at all.
