The property was pretty simply because it was on the river. The staff was terrible. They were unfriendly and not professional. We left Monday morning at 530 and the front desk clerk was leaning back in a chair with a towel over her. We had called for our valet car and it was not there. She said the valet people were another company and that we had to go get our car ourselves because they were not in yet. So we had to go find out car and use a key code she gave us to do so. Then she said she’s wait outside to collect the key fob. Of course she was not and it took us 20 minutes to find the car. Pyongyang 45 dollars a nite for valet parking what a joke. Also the hotel bathroom paint was peeling on the bathroom and the soap dispensers were not working.
