"The only issue I had is the chairs in the eating sitting area were extremely dirty and it's disgusting to have so many dogs in the area while eating breakfast. The dogs owners were touching their pets then going into the breakfast area to get food without washing their hands. This was a complete turnoff for me. I understand the hotel is pet friendly, however a dog is still a animal and I felt like it was unsanitary to have them where in the area where dinning takes place"

"The staff were excellent, super friendly and helpful. The location is excellent for walking throughout the historic district. My only complaint, and Aloft is not the only chain that I’ve had this issue with, but the hard surface floors don’t appear to be cleaned with any regularity. Leave your shoes on in the room if you don’t want your socks to turn black. The friendly staff made up for that though. :)"
