"Friendly service by front office staff. Nice big room offering little touches such as a night light in the bathroom and a comfortable bed that made it felt like I was at home. It was in walking distance from the bus and train station, Avenir Centre and downtown."

"Great stay, clean room, large room with a larger shower than most hotels. Quiet but we stayed Sunday/Monday when there was no entertainment. We enjoyed dinner at the Hub City Pub. We did not Gamble but walked through. We had a great waitress and enjoyed the convenience to shopping and restaurants."

"My only complaint is that the first room I booked was smelly. Luckily the nice receptionist changed my rooms so I was really happy with that. I also wonder about the accessibility access for being in wheelchairs. and there is no lock bolt on the doors like most hotels. But the room i was in was renovated, and the pool was a good temperature and my little one could just reach the bottom so she was happy. the staff was really nice and the location is great. There is also a small, free breakfast and endless coffee. I will stay here again next time I am down. My only suggestion is to add pool toys and maybe some different life jacket sizes in the pool area to make it more family friendly like i have seen in other hotels. That's it :) thanks for the great stay!"

"Our room was clean, we had 2 queen beds and a hot tub. Breakfast was excellent! It had everything: scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, toast and bagels, pancakes, fruits, coffee, juice, etc.. The pool area was clean, perfect for little and big kids. Staff was very nice and welcoming! Thanks for the great stay!"
