"This is a huge room, more of an apartment actually. Very elegant. Full kitchen, dining and living room with separate bedroom. (Almost 1000 sq ft) Only complaint was no instructions for using all the Perhaps housekeeping neglected to leave. Very nice facility, but a bit overkill for us. Very clean."

"We arrived early before check in time,and Our room was set,so We could take it early.My Lady was having surgery the next day,and the staff had arranged for us to have a ground floor room.Everyone was very helpful,the place was spotlessly clean and tidy.We will be back!Thanks All!"

"The hotel was very beautiful and clean. The pool and hot tub area were very nice and my kids enjoyed it. The grounds were pretty, the coffee in the lobby was nice, and it was very quiet. The Nespresso pods in the hotel room were a nice touch and there was real cream in the fridge for us to use! We were able to stream shows through the TV which was nice for downtime. A couple issues: I was already in the shower and there was no body wash left in the container. This happened in 3 hotels I stayed at this summer - please check that these are full before releasing the room! A staff member came as quickly as they could to give us another one but it was still 15 minutes while I was waiting in the shower. We were also given an accessible room at check in (not booked) which ended up being a bit inconvenient for us as the dining table was awkward in the room and took up a lot of space, and the shower was completely open so the floor was soaking wet the whole time. With four of us showering daily this became a bit of a mess. There was no counter in the bathroom either which made it difficult to get ready for a wedding. Lastly, we were there with a few other families for a wedding and we all had the same last name - it would have been nice to be put together but for some reason we were put far away from the other three groups. Minor issue of course. Overall I would still stay here again but I would double check the room type I'm given and double check the shower amenities!"

"Great location, nicely designed/decorated rooms, nice view facing the straits, fantastic breakfast included with great selection (including self-service waffles, hot fried eggs with/without cheese, sausages, bread/bagels/cereals, different juices, coffee, yogurt/fruits) and also prompt service from the kitchen hostess, very efficient, helpful and polite staff and a nice restaurant next door called Fifty Parallel Tap and Grill (food was good at reasonable pricing). We did not use the indoor pool or other amenities due to our hectic travel schedule."
