"We had a fantastic stay at La Mariposa. Rooms were clean and spacious. Decor was a bit dated, but very clean, and the views are unmatched in Manuel Antonio. We saw monkeys, parrots, iguanas and a toucan from our balcony. Breakfast was delicious, with many choices, and the restaurant had beautiful views as well. The pool was a very relaxing place to spend time with plenty of shade. The hotel recommended two great excursions for our family - the night hike and surfing, and they were highlights of our trip. We also used the hotel shuttle to the beach which was another great perk. Highly recommend this hotel."
