"The spa was one of the primary reasons the I booked and it did not disappoint. I received a haircut that was fantastic and used all the facilities multiple times a day. I also loved the club on the 19 floor (incredible views, good food, great staff, and a place to relax). The daily breakfast on the 19 floor far exceeed my expectations in terms of food options, the staff and once again views. I went there most days to catch the sunrise which was life affirming. When interacting with the staff (front desk - Nina, and concierge- Gasper) they were extremely professional, helpful, and showed genuine concern about meeting and far exceeding my expectations. They also added a beautiful personal touch. I have been to 30 countries and your hotel is not only stunning but well ran and client focused. I will be back and I will also recommend it to all my friends and colleagues that visit. Thank you for being one of the best parts of my incredible trip. Joseph Lucero Ps. "Great hotel, room was clean and spacious, breakfast although it was not help yourself, was served fast and plentiful. Location of the hotel is perfect. "

"Room very basic in terms of amenities. Absolutely no frills. Tiny duvet, small towels, poor lighting. On the plus side clean and good location. "

"Our room was spacious and clean. The safe didn’t work and they had no fridge in the room (so we had to store medications with the staff, which we didn’t feel great about). We do not try the breakfast, as there are so many spots nearby. The location was amazing and super convenient - right in the heart of the old town. The shower was a handheld that had its holder super low, so you either had to sit in the shower or have someone else hold it up. We often joked that the hotel was like an EconoLodge. The room was stuffy, so we opened windows. People are outside the hotel all through the night and super loud, so leaving the windows open wasn’t great for noise. The air felt great though. We had our laundry done by them for 6.5 euros. It was clean, but zero smell so maybe just washed with water (?) dried and stuffed into our bag. "

"The staff were friendly, the breakfast was great. The room was huge and clean, however there were no drawers, so we lived out of our suitcases. We were disappointed the spa/pool was closed, which was one of the reasons for choosing this hotel. When I checked back, it was in small print at the bottom of the booking that it was closed the whole of April and I hadn’t seen this. The location is excellent, it’s right in the centre of Ljubljana. We would stay here again. "

"The character, space and comfortable rooms were paramount. Kitchenette was adequate but only minimal. Would have liked black tea as well as a little milk supplied.Shower was good, but bathroom just big enough. Loved the feel of the place and staff very helpful."
