See two caves on the self-guided walking tour, which takes about an hour to complete and finishes with a wine tasting.
Head back up to the surface and let your eyes readjust as you walk toward the heart of town. Indulge in a multi-course meal at one of the small restaurants or cook your own creation from the selection of organic produce available nearby.
