"I came from Toronto, I booked hotel for 3 nights with the family, On my 1st day, I told morning while leaving hotel to clean my room, and the guy (he is the owner and was drunk i know later on) did not even open the door for us i had a 2 bags and my wife was holding a baby(10 months old) in her arm, did not even provide us the key, i have to take keys by myself from the reception. This guy (he is the owner and was drunk i know later on) does not clean the dishes from morning breakfast from our room and replying rudely with us. Here is the picture attached. Also there are blankets and bedsheets in our closet. Worst hotel ever I stayed. I paid in dollars but hotel does not worth it. I still have 2 more days and I will update the review later on if something happens."

"Great property and location"

"A beautiful, palace like building with well appointed rooms, an excellent and well staffed kitchen/restaurant, and many resort-like activities. We only stayed one night to go an a Tiger safari the next morning, but I think a 2 night stay to allow some relaxing time by the pool, and a second outing to the Ranthambore fort would have been better, considering the time it takes to get there from Jaipur. Pool is very nice; they had live entertainment each evening we were there (music and dancing), the lighting of the building and the grounds are quite striking; we took many pictures around the property in the evening. I would definitely visit again if I visit Ranthambore in the future. They have helpful relationships with tour guides etc. They readily accommodated special requests. The grounds were very well maintained, clean and neat, even though there was some expansion/construction going on behind the scenes. "
