"The place was beautiful, calm and peaceful! Such a relaxing place to stay and not far from downtown Duluth! The lady at the front office even wrote down what times boats come into the harbor to watch!"

"The room was kind of small but we didn't spend much time there, so it was perfect. Very clean, comfortable and staff was more than accomodating. Perkins was right next door so we ate breakfast there each morning. There was a Continental Breakfast at the hotel but where we live there's no Perkins. The continental breakfast had Egg McMuffins, Pastries and Coffee which would be very convenient for early risers. Shopping was across the street at Walmart with more Shopping just up the road. All in all, we would definetly recommend this property to everyone who wants a clean, comfortable room at a great price. Kudos to Expedia for helping us find this little gem. "
