The room was clean and the location was excellent. Overall the service was good, but the guy at the counter was pretty rude—he was checking his phone and computer screen while talking to us and came across like he didn’t really want to work

Asked for more blankets but really needed a down comforter or something warmer and lighter. Heavy cotton blankets were nice but not warm as the building is cement ...
