"This hotel is light, spacious and modern, The vast open-plan lobby/seating area/ breakfast area and bar (with pool table) is tastefully appointed and exudes calm. The rooms are clean, well appointed and light. I stayed for 7 nights on the 9th floor and had a wonderful view over Spartanburg’s baseball stadium. On the !0th floor is Rick Erwin’s Level Ten restaurant which is excellent and provides spectacular views from its large terrace (particularly at sunset) and has a menu to match. I highly recommend the surf and turf with lobster tail, the 11oz filet mignon that came with it was one of the best that I’ve ever had. The staff throughout the hotel are exceptional. Warm, welcoming, friendly and professional. They, along with the aesthetics of the, property are the reason why I’m already planning my next stay there."

"I was worried when I saw this was a “doors open to outside motel” setup, and I was told the area isn’t great but I needed to be near the Spartanburg Hospital Hospice and this location was perfect. Despite my reservations upon arriving, I’m so glad I stayed! The front desk staff were so friendly! When I checked in, I requested a quiet spot with no connecting room, and I was put into the room next to the front desk area - it was super quiet and I had no neighbors at all. Breakfast is waffles, yogurts, cereal, and toast stuff. Simple but good. SUPER COMFY BED - I couldn’t believe it. Also a great massage shower and ice cold AC. Would stay again!"
