"Beautiful hotel. Loved the vibe and location. It was a little away from the main beach but if you walk the other direction theres a much more private beach front that connects to the main beach. The included breakfasts were really delicious. The only thing remotly negative is if you arent good on stairs this is not the resort for you. There are many different staircases and landings so you just have to stay aware. That wasnt an issure at all for us so i will definitely return again. "
"Our stay was absolutely unforgettable. The room featured a private jacuzzi and a equipped kitchen, which made it feel like a perfect home away from home. Waking up to views overlooking Sayulita’s main beach and the pool area was truly something special — the scenery alone made the trip worth it.
Everything was spotless, from the room to the shared amenities, and it was clear the property takes great pride in cleanliness and upkeep. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. They were always available, accommodating, and genuinely welcoming.
If you're looking for a relaxing getaway with beautiful views, great amenities, and exceptional service, this place is a gem. We would absolutely stay here again."
"Very enjoyable stay at a really nice property. Well located away from the busier and more confined town centre but just a 5 minute walk away. A newer modern style building with lovely rooftop pool area and our air conditioned room was comfortable and clean. While the street can be active and noisy due to ATVs, trucks and motorbikes (a reality for all of the town), windows and sliding doors are multi-pane and block out most of the noise. Staff are very nice & friendly and eager to please. Really good eats close by including Nativva, Marea Cafe, Henshin Sushi, and Chaman along with some quality food trucks. Would gladly recommend Ximena and would stay again if returning to Sayulita."
Casa Lotería -Pueblito Sayulita- Colorful, Family and Relax Experience with Private Parking and Pool
10/10 Excellent
"Clean hotel. Very good location. 5 minutes from bus station, near the beach. Little kitchenette in the unit. Good hot mater in shower. Small supermarket and Lavanderia close to the hotel. Free coffee and yoga course on rooftop. Possibility renting golf kart on site. Clean warm swimming pool. Good Wifi only around the pool, not in rooms. Well maintained hotel. "
"This was my third stay in Sayulita and defines wort. To start off, there was no one at the reception during our whole stay. The room was really nice however, one of the AC units in the main room smelled bad and there was mold around the unit. There was a water shut off and we had difficulties showering and after that day due to what we later found were clogged shower heads. Even though we put in a maintenance request due to having trickling water issue was only fixed when we an ourselves removed the shower head. There were bugs in the main room that I woke up to one morning on the floor and closer and some on my bed. There were no door sweeps on the door so anything could come in from the outside. There was a smashed gecko in one of the door ways. There was a hotel or bar near by that made it hard to have a good night’s rest due to getting early morning when the roosters called for the sun (my favorite part not at all a complaint). "
