Scandinavia Private Home Rentals

"It was such a brilliant and magical stay. Staff were very easy to communicate with and were very helpful and pleasant. It was beautiful start to our honeymoon and we even got to see the auroras. Magical and would love to come back!"

"Most memorable hotel stay ever. The panoramic view was breathtaking. "

"This was a very cozy and relatively private igloo. We chose it for clear view should there have been northern lights. There were none during our stay but it was still a great stop. Lovely expansive view. I wasn't expecting it to be so close to the main road with relatively bright lighting as a result. The common area was nice and clean with adequate bathrooms for the number of people during the times we came to the space."

"Very efficient and comfortable property. We had everything we needed to fix dinner and breakfast. Very comfortable beds - above average. Owner very nice over the phone. In the middle of some great views of Iceland itself."

"Clean and comfortable with a nice ambience! Scenic location and a sod roof!"

"We liked the location and the cabin, our only critique is it was really icy trying to get up the drive up with our luggage."

"Beautiful home. Everything was great except construction team entering the home to complete the upgrade project before our check out."

"It was nice and clean. Plus food was good."

"This property had such a gorgeous view. The home was spacious (beds for 9 people) and a half bathroom that I hadn’t expected. The house was bright and well-furnished and the kitchen had all the basics we needed for our short stay."

"Amazing place, amazing hosts. Authentic swedish farm environment. Highly recommended!"

"The lodge was very well equipped. I would recommend a car if staying here as it is a long walk to the slopes."
