"Booked hotel due to location and the nice indoor pool. Arrived to find the pool was closed with no notice. The breakfast buffet was very nice."

"The helpful and friendly staff at the Hotel are what made this stay so memorable. Sure, the room was great, as were the facilities snd the Hotel's location, but the engagement of the staff, plus their interest in our reasons for visiting Denmark, plus their interest in our daily activities was amazing. Also, every request was cheerfully met, and nothing was too much trouble, even when problems arose as a result of our own oversights - they were eager and able to help. A geat place to stay!"

"The absolute best reason to stay here is the close access to Copenhagen Airport and the metro for trips into Copenhagen Center. The breakfast is standard breakfast fare for most breakfast buffets in Denmark hotels. Some hotels like the Clarion are above and beyond that of the Comfort. Staff is helpful and the hotel is basic and nice."
