"The person who checked us in was new and needed help from others on staff. I asked for a room with two beds but we got one with only one bed. It worked out but it was not what we wanted "

"Excellent hotel, very comfortable and gym and pool were lovely. Very friendly and helpful staff. Short walk to station and transport "

"Walkable to everything I wanted to see: Nyhavn canal, Christiana, Stroget, the botanical garden and castle and the market at Torvehallerne. Dining all around. 3 Michelin restaurants within blocks. I however preferred Joe the Juice 2 blocks away for great sandwiches and coffee. The hotel is modern and the room, a module. All the basics are there and it's clean. Many business people seem to stay here. Breakfast buffet is ok but it's a madhouse. Staff is nice. "
