"Couldn't say anything better than the best! The area, the staff, and tak breakfast was amazing. The washer/dryer situation was a little off only because it was only one set of machines and took forever waiting in line to use them, but everyone was so pleasant and friendly that we didn't mind the waiting."

"The location is perfect for long layover, covered walkway that connects terminal 3 to the hotel. The breakfast is great; good sitting area. The only glitches that we encountered was electricity outage, which was quickly addressed. Highly recommended"

"We love this hotel - staff is nice and happy to resolve any query, breakfast is absolutely top 1 within all hotels I know, the sauna and pool are our fav places. We stayed there few times and will surely come back. A very unique thing is that my child gets a little activity pack from the hotel - just a little something, but very thoughtful and boosting creativity."

"This is the second time I’ve stayed here. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautifully decorated. There are relaxing areas to sit in the reception area and bars. The rooftop bar is a nice addition. The spa is ok, it’s relaxing and a good price. They give you a robe, towel and flip flops to use while there (just dont forget your swimsuit!) Our room was a good size for 2 of us. The bed was very comfy. There was good stock in the mini bar. There was tea, coffee& milk available in the room. The Rituals toiletries were a nice addition to the room. There is a hairdryer in the room. We had breakfast and it did not disappoint. There was ample choice, something for everyone- hot,cold, continental, pastries, omelettes, pancakes etc. Good amount of seating was available. There is a tram stop across the road - recommended for getting around, or use the electric scooter/bikes you can hire - there is a stand outside near the entrance to the hotel (download the appropriate app). There is a baggage store you can use if you have checked out but want to enjoy the day sightseeing before going home. Overall we had a very pleasant and relaxed time whilst staying here."
