"There is so much to love about this place! The rooms are nice and comfortable (dark out shades are great, bathroom has a fan) I would like to see the pool a little warmer, hot tub was hot but the pool was too cold. Also, the breakfast gets done at 9am, for a vacation that was a little early for my family. "

"First room tub wouldn’t drain . Second room bathroom was dirty sheets were dirty and even the phone had grime on it . And the tub drained extremely slow in the second room, which is a hazard for anyone with children."

"WiFi didn’t work our entire stay! The heat would not go above 64 degrees! We paid for full breakfast- we were denied , they stated we didn’t have the added as an extra even tho I showed screen shots of my complete booking and the 35.00 per person charge!! Not to mention room service kept disturbing us all throughout the night, accidentally 4 times came to our room and knocked on the door at 10:30/ 12:30/ 5 am WAKING UP MY SICK ONE YEAR OLD… asking if we need ice bags/towels/ and pillow cases!! Not to mention the hot tub was never available due to over crowding, and low water levels… our cards wouldn’t would in the elevator and the front desk assistant told us to TRY AGAIN.. I’m sure you are not properly doing it. Go try again and we can see what we can do!!! Ummm no can you PMEASE HELP ME.. it’s 8:30pm and I’m trying to sleep. Over all it was a horrible stay.. not to mention the WIFI NEVER WORKED! Which means no relaxation to settle down with the kiddos in the evening!! "

"Clean ,centrally located in canal park ,decent pool. No window in room but overall we enjoy are stay and would stay again. Fromt dest was very helpful !"
