"We were so very happy with the comfort inn. We almost stayed an extra night. Breakfast was fantastic, the place was very clean, the room had everything we needed. The weather was so very HOT outside (99 degrees) that it was great to have the pool and hot tub to go into before bed. Staff were very helpful. Thank you to ALL."
"The room in which we stayed had windows across the entire span of the suite. It was a beautiful view. We took advantage of the weight room but wished it had a pool. The parking ramp was quite inconvenient as it was up steps and across the street through an alley.
The hotel does have a loading zone if you wish to use it prior to parking the car."
"Very unique building. The room had everything we could need. We enjoyed the oldness of it with all the antiques and history. Our room did not have a view but we didn’t mind. Unfortunately the speak Easy and other bar are closed Monday and Tuesday we didn’t realize that. We would return."
"The room was amazing minus the AC unit overheating constantly during a heatwave. But that’s to be expected for the same reason. The pool area felt like a sauna, and was way too hot, but the water was perfect in both the pool and hot tub. The staff did acknowledge the high heat in there!! Which is very hard to come by for some places. It sits next to a couple of sit down restaurants and fast food places, which was very convenient for a family with a small child.
Over all it was a 4.5/5 stars. Only taking off 1/2 a star due to Mother Nature being so unhelpful for things messing up."
"The staff was Amazing and very respectful. The room we had was beautiful, the only thing was the bathroom was just the toilet and shower in a very small bathroom and sink outside the bathroom. The breakfast was OK, Many choices but only hot choice was waffle. Also no elevator and we were scheduled for 3rd floor. But the front desk accommodating and relocated us for easy access on main floor. Traveling with someone being 83 yrs old made it much easier."
"Wow, what a gem in Downtown Duluth! I'm sad we couldn't stay longer. Brand new property, very clean and well-appointed with all the comforts of home. Staff were very helpful at check-in and gave detailed instructions on accessing the room, parking etc. Room was beautiful, large and squeaky clean. Bed/pillows were very comfortable and linens absolutely spotless. Great location with easy access to dining, shops and bars. The only things that could have made it better were blackout curtains in the bedroom and if the AC unit was a little quieter. We will definitely return :)"
