Great Hotel

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast. Rooms were comfortable and everything was very clean. Very close to the north beach, castle and town centre. We will definitely return.

Worth a stay.

Fabulous place. Everything was spot-on. Super friendly, hospitable hosts, lovely room and breakfast. Excellent location a stones throw away from the park, railway and North beach. Very pet-friendly. Tiny tiny gripe about the water pressure - shower was not very powerful.

Concert stay.

Loved our stay.Lovely room.Very clean & tidy.Little extras of wine and chocolates were a nice suprise.Hosts were very welcoming,nothing too much trouble.Good breakfast choices.Close to open air theatre as we were there for a concert.

Our room is very spacious and clean. Bathroom is beautiful. I like the big bathtub. Welcome treats and free fresh fruits are fantastic. All staff are very kind and professional.

We chose this hotel as it had a good review on line but when we got to our room I was disappointed that there was faecal residue inside the toilet bowl and I don't think they have dusted the room properly inside the drawers. I had to dust off before we put our things inside the drawers. Otherwise after that it was pleasant stay. The parking is very limited and we had to park on the road but it was free and safe.

Fantastic, home from home

Brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and breakfast 1st class, understood about grandsons needs and went out of their way to make everything calm and relaxing for them. Dave & Jo are amazing, definately be returning
