"Staff at the pool were amazing, kids club staff, unreal. Restaurant staff downstairs (only one) kinda rude lacked any speed and seemed upset we even showed up.
Room was fantastic, pool so great seeing you’re staying literally on top of a mountain, be ready for a crazy drive up. With an amazing view when you get there. The front desk staff varies, some amazing and kind and helpful, others when you could find them, seemed to just avoid eye contact and run away…it was strange. We lazed, dreamily...
