Wir waren leider nicht zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Punkto Sauberkeit liess zu wünschen übrig, auf diversen Oberflächen waren Haare und der Abfluss der Dusche war verstopft. Wir hatten ein Apartment im Erdgeschoss, leider hört man so jedes Geräusch von draussen und die Nachbarn waren wohl auch etwas unruhig. Innerhalb der Residenz gelten allgemeine Ruhezeiten (10pm-9am), leider werden diese nicht einmal vom Personal eingehalten; am ersten Morgen wurde um 8 Uhr Rasen gemäht. Im Allgemeinen fühlten wir uns mehr wie in einem Schullager als in einem Urlaub; überall hängen Verhaltensregeln mit allfälligen Konsequenzen und Strafen. Der Empfang wirkte nicht allzu kompetent und zum Check out ist niemand erschienen, ich musste mich dann beim Housekeeping erkundigen was ich mit den Schlüsseln machen sollte. Die Anlage an sich hätte viel Potenzial und die Lage ist schön jedoch werden wir wohl nie wieder buchen.

Ottima posizione! Si trova sulla spiaggia del Puntone (non è il top), ma vicinissimo a spiagge fantastiche come Cala Violina e a due passi dal Porto di Scarlino e a 5 minuti dal centro di Follonica.

+ neues appartment, gratis veloverleih mit guten fahrrädern. Der strand in der nähe ist sehr schöne - Mehrer kleine schäden im appartment die nicht repariert wurden. Extra reinigungsgebühr von 15 euro (gehört meiner meinung nach zum zimmerpreis), bett zu hart für meinen geschmack.

Nice and simple place.

Nice place. Simple and clean. Beach is 2 mins from the apartments. It’s a dog beach and is nice. Not the best in the area but certainly good enough for a quick escape to the beach. We were there for 2 weeks at the end of July and the beaches weren’t packed. The place is well air conditioned and clean. There are communal bbqs that are well maintained. Most people have dogs which is fine with us but might not be for everyone. Overall a simple, basic but pleasant stay and decent value. It’s near Follonica which has decent functional shopping and about 15 mins drive to punta ala which is much more up market but more expensive. There are various other beaches within 10-20 mins drive.

Super Ferienwohnung direkt neben dem Strand

Ankunft: Problemlos. Wir kamen sonntags um 18:30 an, Rezeption war natürlich nicht mehr besetzt, dafür hing ein persönlicher Begrüßungszettel mit Appartementnummer da. Am Appartement steckte der Schlüssel. Außerdem half uns der freundliche Kellner aus dem Lokal nebenan. Räumlichkeiten, Ausstattung: Hell, freundlich. Alle Räume mit Klimaanlage, zu deren Funktion ich nichts sagen kann, da wir sie nicht anschalteten. Neben den in der Beschreibung genannten Dingen fanden wir in der Küche noch einen Schwamm, Putzmittel, Spülmittel, Geschirrtuch (alles frisch). Ausreichend zusätzliche Kopfkissen und Decken sowie pro Person drei Handtücher unterschiedlicher Größe. Der Verantwortliche ist sehr freundlich, spricht Englisch und Italienisch und hilft gerne, wenn es etwas gibt. Falls er nicht da ist, gibt er einem seine Handynummer, er ist also erreichbar. Das Einzige, was zu bemängeln wäre, ist die Hellhörigkeit durch die Decke und die sehr harte Matratze im Bett. Umgebung: Tatsächlich nur rund 30 bis 50 Meter zum Strand. Der erste Strand ist ein weitläufiger Hundestrand (Hunde freilaufend), direkt rechts daneben (30 Meter weiter) geht der normale Strand los. Trotz Hundestrand gab es dadurch keine Beeinträchtigung, keine Hundehinterlassenschaften oder ähnliches. Gelegentliches Bellen der spielenden Hunde war das Einzige, was man davon mitbekam. Meer sehr flach, sehr schön, für kleine Kinder super geeignet. Aus meiner Sicht absolut top und vollstens zu empfehlen!

Perfekte Apartments direkt am Stand

Ich habe selten so einen netten Hausherren (Roberto) getroffen. Sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Er gab uns wertvolle Tipps für die nähre Umgebung und hat uns herzlich empfangen. Vom Apartment gab es einen privaten Zugang zum Strand. Puntone selber ist ein kleiner italienischer Ort - im Nachbarort Follonica gibt es aber alles, was man benötigt (Strandpromenade, Restaurants, große Supermärkte e.g.) Unbedingt zu erkunden: Hinter der Marina führt ein kleiner Weg (ca 2km lang) zu traumhaften Stränden - Cala Violina.

RESIDENCE NUOVISSIMO MO SUL MARE

Ho soggiornato alla residenza del golfo nel mese di aprile. La struttura è nuova, posta direttamente sul mare con accesso privato alla spiaggia. Gli appartamenti belli, moderni, dotati di ogni comfort. Pulizia straordinaria. Il personale gentilissimo, cordiale, disponibile e non invadente. Qualità/prezzo eccellenti. Ideale per famiglie e per i nostri amici a quattro zampe accolti con simpatia. Collocazione strategica per raggiungere velocemente e comodamente posti meravigliosi. Tutto favoloso.
