"The front desk staff seemed to be annoyed that we were guests. The breakfast room staff was also very annoyed that there were guests. The housekeeping staff was very friendly and helpful. The "carpet" in the rooms was gross, it was very old and matted down, I'm not sure it could even be vacuumed. ..."

"Super gutes Apartment mit Küche und großem Balkon. Die Nähe zum Strand ist fantastisch. Empfehlenswert. Auch mit Hund super gut an den freien Stränden. Komme wieder!"

Serena Majestic Residence
"Rooms are in horrible condition. Basically a hostell. We were family of 4 and bunkbeds had no linens. I called front desk for towels as they dont clean rooms and it took 2 hours to happen. Do no lt stay here. Bugs/ spiders all in the room also."
