"Self Check in was fairly easy, Easy to make our own key cards with instructions provided in the foyer. In all good for a short stay. A couple of restaurants nearby serving nice food. Breakfast was ok, limited crockery was not washed up quickly enough to keep up with demand"
JUFA Hotel Stift Gurk
10/10 Excellent
"Íme egy természetes hangvételű, 5 csillagos angol értékelés: ⸻ ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a wonderful stay at JUFA Hotel Stift Gurk. The location is absolutely beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly relaxing. What makes this hotel truly special is that it is situated within the grounds of a centuries-old monastery, giving it a unique atmosphere that you simply cannot experience in an ordinary hotel. The building and its surroundings are fascinating, full of history and charm, making the stay a memorable experience in itself. The staff were exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful. Our daughter accidentally left her favorite stuffed bunny behind after we checked out. The team found it, carefully packed it, and sent it all the way to Hungary. It arrived safely, and our daughter was overjoyed to have her bunny back. We are truly grateful for their kindness and outstanding customer service. If you are looking for a peaceful place with a unique historical atmosphere and genuinely caring people, I can highly recommend this hotel. We would be delighted to stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making our visit so memorable!"

"AUSTRIAN GRAND PRIX 2026 If you're looking for a quiet campsite, look elsewhere. If you're still resilient enough to party until 3 a.m. and still make it to the race circuit the next morning - this place is for you. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and as up for a party as the guests, so you won't feel you're keeping them from their beds. The toilets and showers are kept clean and stocked, and there are facilities for washing out saucepans and plates, tec. On-site catering is good (even a vegan option) and the prices are better than those at the circuit. Entertainment is also provided, icluding a very impressive juggler and a singer with a fantastic voice, during my stay. On the downside, in Austria the site is up a steep hill from the main road. If you only have the basic package, you don't get breakfast provided and have to wait until after 11 a.m. to access the showers. (Tip - have a shower when you get back from the circuit, after that hill-climb, you'll need it!)"

"We had a great stay !"
JUFA Hotel Murau
8/10 Good
"Beautiful setting! We kept saying “wow” over and over! Staff was very helpful despite a slight language barrier. Rooms were very basic-small (but reasonable considering all European hotels have small rooms) very clean. We were there during an intense heat wave and not used to not having AC, the room was miserably hot but the staff found us two fans that we were able to use during our stay. Breakfast was delicious. Would definitely recommend walking around, but be aware that hours for local businesses varies with some being closed for hours at a time. There’s a few SPARs (groc), BIPA (pharmacy type stuff… think shampoo, diapers, first aide) and then Billa (groc) but they were all closed on Sunday. Hotel Lecher is an awesome dinner place- great food, and service staff were able to speak English. Check out the local beer gardens as well."
Hotel Restaurant Perschler
8/10 Good
"The room was clean and comfortable, with a nice view over the fields and town of Zeltweg, to the mountains in the distance. The staff were polite and the breakfast was excellent as was the food in the restaurant. I would have given this hotel five stars, however contacting anyone "after hours" was extremely difficult. My key card stopped working, unfortunately on a Tuesday night when the restaurant is closed. I came back from dinner at 8:30 pm and found the reception was closed and I could not get hold of anyone to fix the key card or let me into my room. The telephone numbers provided did not work and there was no bell push or button at reception to call anyone. Fortunately, after two hours of trying to get hold of someone on the phone, another guest tried sending a message on Whatsapp and that managed to get the owner to come and fix the keycard problem. That was really not acceptable and spoiled an otherwise excellent stay."
Gasthof ZUM KRAMER
10/10 Excellent
"I really enjoyed my time here. Highly recommend! The breakfast was completely homemade by the restaurant, and the quality was absolutely fantastic. 강추! 건물이 오래되었지만 오스트리아를 느낄수 있는 건물이고 높은곳에 위치해서 여름에 시원하고 풍경이 매우 좋음! 한국분들 이쪽 오실일 있늠 ㅊㅊ합니다."
