"The hotel was ideally situated for the city centre. It took us 25 mins to walk from Brussels Midi station. The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was spotlessly clean, however there were a couple of things that we found let the side down. Firstly the lighting in the room was terrible it was so dim I really struggled to put my make up on. Secondly the plug in the bath didn’t hold the water in the bath, I was really looking forward to a bath as I don’t have one at home. Thirdly we didn’t get a decent cup of tea all weekend as they only had a coffee maker, wouldn’t be a problem for most but we don’t drink coffee at all so it was a problem for us. Lastly our room smelt of cigarette smoke in the evening I’m guessing the air conditioning unit was pulling in air from where the tables and chairs were outside. Overall we had a lovely weekend 😊"

"We had a lovely stay at Urban yard, clean comfortable rooms, very helpful staff and a good selection at breakfast. Abdul on reception was extremely helpful. The only negative would be that the location isn't very nice but it is close to the station. "
