"Perfectly located hotel but in the midst of a construction project and looks a bit run down from the outside. Room was large and nice. Staff very helpful."
"Nice enough hotel and very handy to the Eurostar, but the downside is the large number of dodgy characters hanging around the hotel entrance and side streets. Not to be risked after dark. The hotel staff were a mixed bag - excellent check-in experience, but it was like asking a massive favor to get a couple of extra little creamer pots to go with the coffee."
"The room, staff and buffet breakfast was all delightful. This is a great place for a short stay! But I would say that the area is not nice to come out to - but very beneficial as it was right near the station."
