"We did have a problem on the first night booked 2 twin rooms and only one available which was not ideal but on the second day they really did help and gave us another room which we really appreciated and the man on reception was brilliant even though it was not his fault."

"Great room for a family. Room was tidy, beds were comfy, basics were provided. Check in was a breeze. You can’t beat the location. Easy access to all the main tourist areas and train station. Staff was friendly and helpful. Early check in was available for a fee, and we were so grateful for that after a long day of travelling. They have luggage storage lockers available on site (for a very reasonable fee). Would recommend!"
