There is a great group of warm, welcoming people that work there. Really made my time my mother more special. When I’d leave her at night I knew she was in good hands.

My problem is not with the property, but with Expedia. Expedia claimed they were able to merge two consecutive reservations (I wanted to add a day to a one-night stay on a reservation that couldn't be altered) but did not, and the virtual card payments from Expedia to the property did not go through, causing more problems with the check-in process. Fortunately, the staff understood that is was Expedia's problem and not mine and moved forward with checking me in and dealing with Expedia afterwards.

So I was there for 2 nights , no cleaning was done on day one even though I left the slip for bed change , replacing used towels outside at the door as told at check in . Came back to the place and no one even bothered to clean at all . Other than that , it was easy check out .

As a working mom every 2-3 months I have a “Me Time Weekend”, my stay here was absolutely incredible. The room, amenities and the staff were all 5 stars!!! My new “Me Time Weekend” hotel!!!

Gorgeous, clean, so many perfect amenities. The woman host at the desk who checked me in was absolutely amazing!! I wish I could remember her name to give her the recognition she so so deserves. She checked us in on Sat Jan 13, 2024 around 3pm. She was so happy, professional, helpful, cheerful, ray of sunshine, knowledgeable. So wonderful with me and a elderly woman in front of me who was having issues finding her card. Perfect place to stay, we will certainly be going back to stay

The rooms were very clean and updated. The front desk staff were welcoming and helpful. We loved the pool, hot tub, and sauna. Plus the beds were very comfortable. We traveled with small children, and they loved it.

This hotel offers an excellent option in an area that often is overlooked. The staff is very helpful and courteous and the site offers a decent breakfast.

Our only minor complaint was that the toilets too multiple flushes to fully flush and no fan in the bathroom. Very clean and convenient otherwise

Off the beaten path.
The accommodations were very nice. Clean rooms, very comfortable beds, friendly staff and typical but tasty hotel breakfast. A bit off the beaten track to locate but quiet neighborhood location.

Accessible room review
The handicapped accessible room was spacious, clean and well maintained. It was structured in a sensible fashion, with no excessive furniture. The bathroom had ample room for wheelchair, and the roll-in shower was easy to access. The designers of wheelchair accessible rooms should involve a wheelchair user as consultant because the bed was much too high, the shower seat was too far from the shower controls and shelf, and the toilet paper dispenser was behind the toilet!
