"The details were wrong. The building has been refashioned as a ski shop and is unrecognisable. The room next to mine was very noisy, leaving a crate of beer outside my room. They were so rowdy they set the fire alarm off at 4am. I paid the high pri e because I believed breakfast was included and that this accommodation was a chocolate box style chalet style Hotel. Instead I got a ski shop with rooms. Please arrange a 50% refund"

"The hotel is very close to the Pilani gondola. An easy walk even in all your ski gear and carrying your equipment. It is also very near to other restaurants and bars and only a few minutes walk to shopping. We found it very easy to get around the town without transportation and had a fantastic stay. "Amazing find! My friend and I booked this place not knowing what to expect and we were delighted. Amazing, friendly service - the couple that own the hotel is so friendly and accomodating - you can tell they really care about their patrons. Included a delicious breakfast everyday, as well as a ticket to visit the daschtein glacier or use the other lifts. Clean, spacious room with an AMAZING view of the mountains. Would definitely 100% return and would recommend anyone check out this gem!"

It is also very near to other restaurants and bars and only a few minutes walk to shopping. We found it very easy to get around the town without transportation and had a fantastic stay. The room was exactly what we needed and had even more space than we anticipated from the pictures. Additionally, the staff was fantastic. Very willing to recommend train options for our return to Salzburg and called a taxi to get us to the train station at no additional cost! As for the cleaning staff, they were very good and thoughtful. Our daughter had brought with her some very special stuffed comfort toys and they took special care of them during cleaning. It made her SO happy."
