Unfriendly staff. Didn’t feel welcome.
Rooms weren’t very clean. Ants in the room for example. Staff weren’t very friendly upon check in. We came in at 6.30pm and asked if we could eat in the restaurant. Staying in an historic schloss in the eastern German countryside was a unique experience. The owner/manager was friendly and helpful, though communication was a bit disconnected at first. The Schloss is well off the beaten path - but very charming.
