"Parking for my long wheel base sprinter van was easy had a new room which was excellent the staff I interacted with on check in and check out were very friendly and helpful only reason wasn’t 5 stars across the board is due to an ongoing refit but they have done there absolute best to minimise it effect on your stay "

"The room was nice. We spent two nights in Gelsenkirchen. We arrived late on the first evening, I had called to let the hotel staff know. When we arrived at the hotel nobody was there to let us is. Had to sleep in the car because of that. Second night was good."

"The hotel is old but reasonably well maintained. Its location is close to the train station and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The wifi was sufficient. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean."

"Hi There this was the worse Hotel experience of our trip so far . We arrived Nobody at reception Then our room 1 pillow 1 cover 1 Towel 1 Toilet roll Once We got that sorted (with thin uncomfortable pilloww ) issues continued with no water in the room no cups not tea or coffee no bin in Toilet clock not working overall a Very Dissatisfied stay as this hotel was expensive and was extremely basic in a poor location with not alot of amenities therefore i would Definitely Avoid Staying here and would not recommend. Got a better room and amenities with a cheaper hotel"

" The staff was really friendly. The rooms were clean and we enjoyed it being so close to the train station and the pedestrian zone. One of the elevators was broken and we were there with a large group so that was a tiny bit unpleasant. "
