"Explorer Hotel Berchtesgaden exceeded our expectations. The rooms -- with all having an amazing view -- provides a very efficient use of space. The breakfast buffet is outstanding -- offering an array of delicious items. And the service staff was top notch.
And you can't find a better location to the popular attractions. Bus line 840 and 843 is a quick 10-minute trip from the Berchtesgaden train station. And the boat ride and Jennerbahn are 1 and 2 bus stops respectively.
If you are an active person who wants great accommodations and easy access to the attractions of Berchtesgaden National Park, you will be hard pressed to find a better option.
