"das Zimmer ist zwar sauber, aber auf mehreren Ebenen nicht zu empfehlen: das Dachfenster lässt sich nicht richtig abdunkeln (= es ist hell ab 5 Uhr morgens im Mai) und auch nicht so öffnen dass es offen bleibt (= 35 Grad unterm Dach und keine Chance über Nacht kühle Luft reinzukriegen). Mitten in der Nacht stand plötzlich ein fremder Mann im Zimmer - scheinbar wurden Zimmer doppelt belegt (?!) oder Codes und Zimmernummern falsch ausgehändigt? Das bildet kein Vertrauen, zumal dieser fremde Gast...

"I had such a nice stay! While family was at Fachklinik Dr. Herzog, I stayed here, only a few minutes walking distance. The staff was super friendly and the food amazing:) The only little thing I would have liked to have been informed about when booking our room, was that if we wanted to use the jacuzzi (that was the major reason we booked this hotel) we should have booked it so they could have had the chance to fill it with water and heat it up.
