"From the moment we arrived we felt welcome. Every staff member we interacted with from check-in to breakfast to check-out was friendly and polite. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We were fortunate to have views of Neuschwanstein from our room and balcony which was magical. The hotel had parking available and was in walking distance to the castles. Breakfast had many options too. We'd recommend staying here if you are visiting the area."

"A great hotel and we had a great room with a balcony. Sabine at reception is a star too. The restaurant was very nice as well. We only had the one day and night there, about right if you're visiting the castles (book them in advance as they get sold out). I'm sure there's lots of hiking around if that is your idea of fun. The crowds during the day were much more than we expected - though we were there on Ascension Day so we probably should have guessed. "

"This is a beautiful spa resort. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. Lovely restaurant and bar, lovely pool and spa area, free use of bicycles, and great location near Fussen, Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau. My wife and I really enjoyed ourselves and we would definitely return."

"I had a Fantastic two-night stay here, I wished it had been longer. I had a large family room, certainly bigger than I needed but I immensely enjoyed anyway. Everything was great with the Internet sognal strong, a comfortable bed. The bath was great with plenty of hot water. The room also has a small refrigerator and an electric kettle which is rare in Europe. Plenty of Walk/run/cycle tracks on the doorstep too. I hope to stay here again and highly recommend it."

"The facility is nice and convenient but the staff leaves you cold. We arrived before 3 PM and was treated with disdain and a “how dare you arrive early attitude”. Anyway came back at 3 to be checked in by someone who seemed to be doing it for the first time. At this time we learned that free local transport was provided with room, which could have been helpful earlier. On checkout was told we hadn’t paid, so had to go into bag to find our receipt."
